Could you define self-actualisation for me? I think I sort of get the idea when I looked it up but I find it difficult to wrap my head around things sometimes...

In Maslow’s Hierachy of Needs, self-actualization can only be in process after other more basic needs have been met. It is the motive to realize one’s full potential, be it in creativity, enlightenment, knowledge, or betterment and improvement of the self.
